Is it possible to create a checker for a list of specific caches with points for each - like GC2H6BF

Question

This type of challenge has a list of caches and each cache has a point value for it - and to pass the challenge you have to get at least a certain total number of points for finds.  This is also for our "best of" the area yearly challenge - GC6FFVE

GC2H6BF can be done but i suspect there exist no script that can do it.

GC6FFVE cant be done.
"Completing more than half of the active caches in a series earns 1 point."
is not possible becauce the checker can't access the status of a cache a user has not logged
