My french is nonexisting and google translate is bad att challege translations
My interpretation is that one cache starting with each letter in ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
has to be found in France. And that non alphabetic characters in the beginging of the logs are to be removed.
I think that is correct but 2 logs of the top 10 are wrong. One is missing any validation information and the other used cacher from germany.
