Yes and no. There's no function specifically for that, but the Top Finders page has a Log date filter, so you can use that to figure out the information by repeated searches. Set the filter to sime time in the past and check if anyone has passed the desired limit. If more than one person has passed the limit, move the date back a bit, and repeat.
