That depens on whose logs you are looking to delete.
Premium or basic member, you can only delete the following logs:
- Your own logs (logs that you have made yourself on caches)
- Logs on your caches (logs that others have made on caches you own)
If you think about it, it is rightly so. If you could delete arbitrary logs on arbitrary caches, one user could wreck pandemonium pretty easily.
If you are seeking to delete duplicate "Found it" logs that fit either category above, project-gc has the tool for you. It is called Find bad logs. It lets you find logs that fit either category, which you may then subsequently choose to delete.
What and when to delete logs made by others on your caches is a debate in its own right, but in my opinion you should only delete obvious duplicate logs on your caches, that is logs that:
- have the same type (found it)
- have the same date
- have the same log text
Any log that does not fit all of the above criteria may have a point to it, and you should not as a cache owner delete such a log without contacting the cacher that made them.
