There is a difference in my stats between PGC and geocaching.com: in my stats on PGC I have one less found. Any idea why this may be? It is NOT because my PGC hasn't been updated yet (problem occurs for several weeks already). Also, I haven't logged any of my own caches and I haven't logged the same cache twice (that would be visible on PGC anyway; total finds and unique finds is the same) and it isn't because of Labcaches either. Any ideas?

Whatever happened, the missing cache is in the Netherlands. Did you try updating your finds using the self-help function? Maybe you changed a note to a found, and project-gc hasn't seen the change?

There could be a retraction of a cache, but it is very unusual.

This is how self support works

support

selfsupportselfsupport

In your case, you should have chosen the last (marked green) option and enter the GC-Code of the cache.

Found it, thanks. But now I first need to somehow find out which exact cache is missing
Or you can refresh all and wait for a few hours.

It doesn't look like a retraction: there is one tradi in the Netherlands that doesn't appear on PGC for some reason, but on geocaching.com I can still view all my found tradi caches, even the archived ones. I'll see if there's a way to find out which cache it is. Can't remember changing a log from 'Post note' to 'Found it'. Where can I find the self-help function on PGC?

The "support" button in the top right corner on your profile stat page

As is written in FAQ (http://project-gc.com/Home/FAQ#388652702 and http://project-gc.com/Home/FAQ#2873643256) ... in some cases PGC databases takes up to 90 days, maybe it is your case... or just try self-support under Support button

I think the previous answer was referring to self-support

If you select the yellow support option towards the top right you can then select self-support. There is then a number of options.

Hope you find the cache causing the headache.
