Country Map Poland Wrong

I found a Cache at Poland ( GC4H399 ) in 2014. Now the cache is archived.

The statistic map schows the wrong region. Can I change it manually ?

The problem here is that the region of the cache as stated by the cache owner (Lubuskie, Poland) is incorrect according to the map data we have, which instead places the cache in Poland / Podkarpackie / Krośnieński (which is where we count it).

There is FAQ for explaining that it is most probably wrong on Geocaching and you can not change it manually.

But it looks like in this case the PGC is wrong (it has data from OSM and they were changed quite recently and are right). So this is time for filling support ticket to request re-download of the regions in Poland to fix it also for other caches on the borders, that might be affected.
