Attribute Search

Question

I have seen a few challenges sprout up which require you to achieve a certain number of finds of caches with a specific attribute. i have one where you need 650 of the Dog Attribute. Is there or can you add a feature where we can have a map with caches with particular attributes.

for example. I would like to see how many caches in Devon, UK have the Motorcycle attribute.

Sorry if this has been asked before. The only way i have found so far is by doing a pocket queries on the geocaching.com website

If you are a paying member of Project-GC, you can create a Custom Filter for an attribute. You can then apply this filter to searches, such as Map Compare (and apply other ones, such as caches you haven't found)

I know how to search for caches I haven't found but I'm asking for a  specific attributes search.

In the menu from your username in the top-right, click "Custom filters" (alternately, go to http://project-gc.com/User/CustomFilters )
Click New
Give it a name and click Add
Select the Attributes tab, find the attribute you want, select it and click Add as required
Click Add to filter, then Save

Go to Map Compare. From the Add filter dropdown, select Custom filter.
In the Custom filter dropdown, select the filter you just created. Add other filters as appropriate and click Filter.
