The checker system does not have access to caches not found by the user.
To find caches you could use to qualify, you can use the Advanced Search feature on the landing page of Project-GC. Enter the characters you need in the "GC Code" input box and select the "Contains" radio button. Enter the Location details you're interested in searching and any other restrictions you want to use.
