GC531VY have to find two caches exactly 100 miles from each other, can be less then 100.5. need a checker

I cloned the tag fo the checker everyone else has used and chaged the max distnace to
"mindistance" : "100" , "maxdistance" : "100.5"

Thank you it worked. I tried GC2KXCK earlier but it failed. This one is a whole lot better.
