Why did the elevation for GC1DD change from +30m (approx) to -33m in the latest update? [closed]

Unless you go into the ocean, there is nothing lower than -3m in the area.  From reading other questions on this issue I see that the data was updated in Nov 2017.  Maybe a re-check of the data for Pacific Spirit Park in Vancouver, BC, Canada may be warranted.
