Sure, so the geocacher should have contacted you first. I had a similar situation when the visitor changed his account. His first log was long and nice, but the second was only short with an excuse about changing his account, nothing about the geocache. I wrote him to copy that old log into a new one and then delete it. But he did not answer me. I kept him both logs and I let it be. But it was the account of one and the same person. BTW I do not like team accounts at all.
