If I understand you right, you want to know how to tag a challenge checker to a cache. Everyone can clone a tag, but to change parameters you need to be a Tag creator, and I don't think they take in new creators anymore. If you need a checker to your challenge, go to: https://project-gc.com/forum/index?3 and ask there, they are super helpful and will have your tag ready within hours most of the time.
