According to my GSAK records, which are refreshed by the "My Finds" query from geocaching.com, my finds for a particular CO are 993.  However, the Project-gc profile shows 997.  Why would there be a difference?

Project-GC typically lags a little behind since we don't have instant access to new logs. Normally that means that find counts can be a little lower here since the absolutely latest logs haven't been processed yet. On the other hand, if a couple of logs are deleted the effect would be in the opposite direction (and probably for a longer time period since we don't get any kind of notifications about deleted logs, and thus it takes longer for us to know we need to refresh that cache).

Thanks for the quick answer.  Deleted logs makes sense - I know I have a few for the CO.  However, it has been wrong for over a week.  How long should it take to be "in sync"?
I don't know exactly, but I would expect at least up to a month (unless the cache happens to get logged before that).
It has been well over a month and the stats are still wrong.  I've tried the 'self-support' queries but they didn't fix the problem.  What else can I do to get this corrected?
Can you point me to examples of where your stats on Project-GC and geocaching.com don't match and I'll have a look.
Figured it out - rookie mistake on my part.  I was using GSAK to search by "Placed By" instead of "Owned By" and missed a number of caches.  Sorry for the trouble.
