Multiple loops of diamond gemstones

Why don't multiple loops of diamond gemstones count as an additional gemstone. It would seem that a double Jasmer should merit that the gemstone be counted in the total. It certainly is a significant achievement and takes considerable effort.

Project-GC is only implementing the BadgeGen system developed elsewhere. Suggestions for changes to that system should be directed to the owner/maintainers of the GSAK macro (who don't seem to have been very active in updating it lately)
