Link error in "Top MD Caching Points" [closed]

I get the error 404 "Not found", when I click on the page

the link in "Implemented with permission from MacDefender, author of mdCachingPoints"

Note: I could not find a current url except the Wayback Machine.

closed with the note: the "macdefender.org" website is closed in 2018 and will probably not be reactivated.

Not only the link is broken (the MacDefender domain does not seem to exist), but also MD caching points are computed in wrong way. All numbers are lower now, likely coefficients for cache type are not used any more. It may be related to missing page where the algorithm was defined.
