Is it possible to get a list of my caches which have been found by a given cacher?    And visa versa, to find a list of all the caches owned by a specific cacher which I have found?

To do either part of your question you need to be a paying member of Project-GC, which allows you to create a custom filter. (click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then custom filters).

Once you have a custom filter specifying a cache owner, you can use this with nearly every map tool that Progect-GC has, showing the data on a map, or as a list under the map, which then can be exported if desired. Map compare is often the best map to use, note that you can just enter one name, no need to compare with anyone else.

Create two custom filters, one with you as the cache owner, so you can see if people have found your caches, and another with their name, so you can see if you (or anyone else) has found their caches.

I can run a query listing all the caches by a specific CO, is there a way to get this list into a spreadsheet so I can factor this into cache trip planning / work on which puzzles I still need to solve?
Hi Infoferret.
There are two ways to do this.

1. Be a paid member of Project-GC. Click the GPS icon at the top of the page to open your virtual GPS (vGPS). Click Create new list then Manage > Import from Bookmark list. You can then go Export > Dowload CSV which will open in in any spreadsheet application.

2. Install an application like easyGPS. EasyGPS is a bit crude and may not work on Windows 10, but it's worth a try. Download the list and import it into EasyGPS. From there you can export them as a CSV which, as above, can be imported into any spreadsheet application.

If it is the Wairarapa you are heading into, make sure you have his archived caches as well - from Project-GC go Tools > map based > Map compare. Add a filter to include disabled and archived caches. Tick the archived. Fill out the rest of the fields and hit Filter. Just under the map you can then add these to the currently selected vGPS. If you do do this, you should then go to the vGPS and sort it by recent finds (it's a column over to the right) and delete caches that have too many recent DNFs.

You're always welcome to drop me a line, Infoferret - we do live in the same city, after all!
Re working out which puzzles you still need to solve, use the geocaching site, add a filter to their map with Solved coordinates > unsolved coordinates only. Of course, this does not work with archived caches. To deal to his archived caches, use map compare again, add a filter to select cache type unknown, and look at solving caches that do not have the little green tick.
