Why in my profile on geocaching.com I can not see the cito souvenir form the event attended on 21/04/2018 and 15/09/2018?

After looking through your profile, you should have earned them, IE dates are within the ranges for the sourvenir.

The only explanation I can come up with, is that you have hidden those sourvenirs on your account by accident. Could you check to see if that is the case?

Did you perhaps originally write the relevant log(s) on the wrong date and edited them later? I think that may interfere with the souvenir awarding.

This was raised on the Geocaching forums - you will also find it missing on your geocaching profile. Geocaching as at a couple of days ago still had not backdated qualifications correctly. Deleting and re-adding your log will get you your souvenir.

Thank you. I logged again and problem was solved. Souvenir is visible in my profile on geocaching.com.
