Can I delete an old tag and issue a new tag on a better script without consequenses to the link

If you own the older tag you could just change its settings, and in that way the link will be the same.

If you do not own the tag, you have to create a new tag, and it will be a new link.

 

In the future, we will most likely have a system that better supports multiple tags per challenge, prioritizing them by user votes.
