Geocaching.com + Project-GC doesn't work

Question

Hello all,

the fantastic add-on Geocaching.com + Project-GC to Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey has stopped working due to Groundspeak's eternal quest to enhance our experiences. OK; it still works on the old map, but with the new map it doesn't run at all. Anybody who knows if there will be any efforts done to get the add-on to work again?

That's strange. When I click on the url I'm sent to my home location. Try the url https://www.geocaching.com/play/map and see to it that you have your homelocation set. Or it may not be necessary, I haven't tried.

You are probably right. It looks like it is still available only for some users. For example, I see the map so I will try to have a look into this issue, if I will get a minute in the evening.

Thank you for reporting the issue. I filled the following issue on the github so somebody can fix that:

Since the extension is open source, any patches or contributions are welcomed not only from you, but from anyone who has time and at least basic Javascript and CSS knowledge.
