Average difficulty / terrain per year showing out of place due to long Dutch translation

Column headers in english for "Average difficulty per year" and "Average terrain per year" are "Avg D" and "Avg T "in english, but in dutch they are transated in their long form "Gemiddelde moeilijkheid (D/T rating)" and "Gemiddelde terreinwaarde (D/T rating)" hence the column are getting too wide and the stat bar is not shown correctly ...
As in dutch we also talk about D/T rating ... it would be better to have header like "Gem D" and "Gem T", so these stats show correctly.

For problems with translations, please open the issues directly on the translation site https://translate.project-gc.com/ You can also propose better translation for these strings, that will fit into the columns and not break the layout of the page.
