Please try to deactivate the souvenir tab within the settings and than deactivate it again. Perhaps you need to wait one day between deactivation and activation.

Or ist the souvennir tab deactivated?

I tried that but it didn't work. I should now have 168 souvenirs but my profile shows still 0
Finally now my souvenirs are back again June 28,2019
