Hi,

is there a possibility to integrate the GC Statbar (BBCode or html) into a log?

No. There is no way to include any images (except as an "attachment" for photos) in the logs on geocaching (fortunately). You can include your statbars in your profile, in forums and in your caches listing, but the logs should really be about logging your visit and not including your statistics -- who is interested in your statistics can visit your profile.
