At the moment we can only select on country level.
As more and more checkers become available, it becomes increasingly difficult to see at local level which are available.
At the moment you can only see on the map which caches that are. But if you go to the "find checker" you have to type in the GC code to find the checker. It would be nice if you could look at local level through the checkers. I refer especially to the USA where many challenges are. (Regional level in the States aquals Country level in Europe)
