Hi there,

I have tried to find with the "Wildcard Search" a cache with a GC Code of "100" at the end.

But when I use the following "wildcard" input: "Germany Code  *100" .... I get only 2 hits (GC35100, GC4JHGR)!?!

What is the correct input for the wildcard field to get a propper list?

Thanks for your help!

GC4JHGR is matched because the cache owners name ends with 100.

The matching of *100 doesn't seem to work properly on gccodes, I am unsure why right now. I did a search for only "*100", but only found about half of the caches I expected actually.

From what I can see in the database, GC35100, is the only cache in Germany with the word "code" in the name, and that has a gccode that ends with 100. Which I assume is what you wanted to search for.

Well, "Code" doesn't has to be used in the name of the cache. I only want to check the GC-Code for "100".

There is a cache in Baden-Württemberg (GC2A100) which fits the requirement for such a result.
You can not tell the search which fields it will search in, so the word code doesn't do what you expect. Remove that and you will probably find more of those you are looking for, together with some you don't look for (other things ending with 100).

Here is the complete list I think:
GC25100
GC2A100
GC4D100
GC23100
GC35100
GC30100
GC1C100
GC51100
GC2N100
GC4V100
GC1K100
GC3F100
GC16100
GC3H100
GC4P100
GC1D100
GC2P100
GC38100
GC41100
Hi Ganja,

thank you very much for your help! It's good to know, that it wasn't my fault, that I got the "wrong" list.

I modified the wildcard entry a little bit (germany Baden-württemberg *100) and selected then the caches with "100" at the end manually. :)
