Do you know anyone, why is not possible to set up a moving stage in the cache?

According to my opinion, moving stage (in the bus, metro, train,...) would be a good variegation at mystery cache.

If the stage moves, how are you going to provide the coordinates to the cachers looking for it?

You can set up a moving stage, provided that it is virtual - ie that you did not place anything. If you place something (eg a sticker or a hidden capsule with coords) then it could run foul of the 161m/0.1m rule so would not be allowed. If virtual (eg collect information from a sign board) then it should be okay.

Though in principle this could work - I am not sure it will get past reviewers - if you are looking at a particular public transport - like the no.10 bus or the 10.15 train - how can you be sure that the vehicle / stock (for trains) is the same one used every day (I know they change them round)  which would be a problem if you are expecting cachers to be on a particular route and the vehicle used is a different one
I would suggest you run this past your reviewer or ask the question in GC forums
Thank you for comment.
I know, that public transport has identification number. Cacher would be looking for this public transport with a identification number. It will be move mystery cache :-)
Reviewer told me, that Groundspeak requires at fixed coordinates. I think, that in this case it's nonsense and shame.
