Not sure whether this has been reported before. It happens with the current Chrome Browser (Version 79.0.3945.79 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 18.04 (64-bit)).

When I load https://project-gc.com I get 28 console log entries like the folowing:

A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://project-gc.com/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032.

Reading that text I would conclude that this is not yet a problem but will turn into one in future releases of the browser. I haven't done any closer inspection fo which cookies generate thesee messages, I'll leave that to the developers.

We believe that we have made the proper/required changes now. We have been a bit late on catching this train even though we have read the changes were coming.
