There is already a link to the Wiki in the drop down menu from the Home tab inside PGC called Wiki / Manual. The Wiki link is https://project-gc.com/wiki/ and it does allow you to click on the BadgeGen information.
But, as far as adding it to the Support dialogue, I can't really say whether it will happen or not. I do know other threads have requested it be added to other areas.
