PQ splitter distance from home without having to select a country?

Question

Trying to use the PQ splitter without using the country/region filter, only from a radius from my home location. I cannot seem to be able to turn this filter off.   Any easy way to do so?

Thank you optimist on the run. Using the control key, I was able to cherry pick Canada and USA from the list. I was looking for the usual blank space in the drop down menu instead of picking multiple countries.

Select all countries, and use that in conjunction with the center/radius filter.
