Is there a way to show my FTF caches on a map?

It depends how you track your FTFs. If you keep them in separate Bookmark list, it is very easy to use a too Map Bookmark list:

Otherwise, it is less obvious. There is a tool FTF list, which unfortunately does not allow you to add results to VGPS nor showing them in map at this moment. But you can always copy the GC codes (with Ctrl holding, you can select just the column with GC codes) and paste them in VGPS (bottom left + button). And after having all finds in VGPS, it is easy to get the map (Export -> Map list).
