It is a work-in-progress (WIP) and doesn't appear to be completed.  I found another thread that discusses it.

I have noticed the only part of it that works is the top list highlighting.

Highlighting in top lists - Friends will get a distinguishable color so that you can easily recognize them.

At the page where you can choose the friends is a description of the function and the comment WIP. It would be helpful whene there was a description of WIP or a comment coming soon. It takes me a lot of time to search the functions.

Its the same in the eglish and german version.
