Older stats than a week

Today is the first time I have visited Project GC. After autenthification it fetched some statistics for my profile - from August 31 and September 1. Today is September 29. Is this normal? I expected it to fetch the statistics for up until about a week ago...

Edit: And then, right after I posted this question, the stats are updated... But still, is this normal behaviour? I have refreshed the page several times in vain before I posted my question.

I think the key here is that this is the first time that you use the site. We prioritize users into a few different groups. People who are paying members get their stats updated daily. People who are not get weekly updates if they use the site regularly. People who haven't used the site at all (like yourself, up to recently) get very infrequent updates if someone else wants to look at your statistics. If you start using the site, you get more frequent updates.
