Hi, is possible to import points from Virtual GPS to Route Planner?

No way I would know about. You want the route between all the caches in the VGPS? It is not a trivial problem (probably searching for the shortest path), not mentioning how useful it would be for bogus coordinates of mysteries or multis. Route planner is more for caches along the route (on longer distance) rather than searching route between the caches (probably in shorter distance).

Thank you for answer. But I don't understand a bit why the import from the bookmark is not possible, because I can enter individual points manually, including route optimization. It's actually a matter of importing from a bookmark instead of entering points manually.
