Challenge Checker that checks how many Found It logs have a certain word/character length? [closed]

Does it exist? I would like something that checks if the user has written X number (5, 10, etc) of Found It logs that have more than Y words (300, 500, etc).

To begin with: this is only relevant if you have a pre-moratorium challenge (older than 2015 or so) that doesn't have a checker already. A checker with that requirement would not get published today.
