It's possible to ask in French, but there are probably fewer people here fluent in French than in English so it will decrease the chance of someone being able to answer.

Je crée toutes mes demandes en allemand et je les fais ensuite traduire en anglais avec deepl.com.
I create my requests in German and then have them translated into English with deepl.com.
