You need to contact Geocaching HQ via the form in Help Center and ask them to remove the souvenirs. I've selected 06. Souvenirs and then any of the two categories even tho none of them are really correct. An other option could be "01. My account" and then Other. The important part is that you explain you logged some caches in error and want the souvenirs removed, and mention which souvenirs you want removed.
