If you have a paid membership at Project-GC you can use MapCompare to add caches to a virtual GPS. I prefer to do this with the tools under the icon that looks like a GPSr, use the polygon tool to draw a shape around the caches you want to add and then use the icon with the green + to add them. When you have added them to a virtual GPS you can export the virtual GPS as a .gpx file. This is the same format as a PQ on geocaching.com.
