I found two caches (GC38TF7 and GC3TMG7) that don't appear in the statistics under "Found - highest and lowest elevation". This means that the Bagde "low altitude cacher" does not fit either. I had both updated again via the support - self-help. They are still not in the statistics. Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks!

Caches are altituded at ground level - ground level for GC38TF7 is 250m above sea level, which is not high enough or low enough to show on your altitude lists. Ground level for caches in the sea is the sea floor (for the published coordinates), so I am not sure why this one doesn't show. I notice this does not show for anyone else either. Can anyone else comment re published coordinates at sea?

We found GC3TMG7 with friends. There the cache is displayed in the statistics with a height of -5167 m
I wonder if it is some kind of bug. Diamond level is -100m.  -5167 is over 50 times that amount - I wonder if the fault is some weird overflow type error? Or ignored as obviously contrived?
no idea why. But with GC38TF7, it's a bit of a shame. We were actually 800 meters underground in a salt mine ;)
The only solution would be to manually override the cache altitude. This would leads to thousands of such request and would be impactical. I doubt a solution for this will ever come (it has been discussed numerous times).
On the other hand, I am jealous! I would love to see the mine!!

Hopefully one of the site programmers will be able to comment on GC3TMG7.

GC3TMG7 is on the bookmark list that can be excluded from the Profile Stats. If it shows up on your friends Profile Stats but not on yours the reason is that you have opted to exclude traveling caches and other oddities and they have opted to include them.

The list of these caches can be found here: https://coord.info/BM5ZCK5

A description of how to change the settings can be found here: https://project-gc.com/w/Profile_Stats_settings
