I would like to see if a checker can be created older challenge cache. GC1G0CX

Question

There is a challenge cache in Texas, GC1G0CX, I've Been Everywhere Challenge - Texas.  It is an older challenge and does not have a checker.  There are a lot of Texas cities (90) that have to be in the checker.  Is this possible to create one if there is not one already?

Questions like this has been answered a few times, but its not always easy to find what you looking for, so:

the short answer is no,

and the sightly longer answer is; maybe.
if someone is willing to create the data needed to map out each of the regions, then it might be possible to implement (the way for example the delorme checkers are made for example this one:  https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCHANH/16109 )

Thanks for the information.  I am a programmer and would love to see if I can create the checker for this!  How would I get access to the code for the sample you indicated as well as access to be able to create the code?
