There appears to be a bug in assigning caches to Hampton and Norfolk cities in Virginia.  Project-GC thinks I have found a cache in Hampton when I have not.  When I click on Hampton County, it shows what it thinks is my one find as a puzzle cache that is clearly in Norfolk.  The cache I am specifically talking about is GC3YAXT - Rig My Ship.

I would post a screen-shot of what I'm talking about, but it seems like I can only attach image URLs here rather than a file from my computer.

Nevermind.  I think I figured it out.  The posted coordinates for the puzzle are out in the water, which is in Hampton.  What Project-GC shows on my map looks like the solution coordinates, which is very odd.

As you already figured out Project-GC uses the posted coordinates as the county for the cache but shows the spot that you have corrected coordinates for on the map. This is no bug, it's working as intended.
