In my Hides tab, there's an entry that reads "FP h-index:13 (14 hides with at least 13 favorite points)". What exactly does this mean, and how is it calculated?

It means that you have at least 13 hides with at least 13 FP each. In order for it to increase to 14, you need at least 14 hides with at least 14 FP each.

So the number of hides is always greater than or equal to the number of FP, and the h-index value is the greatest value of FP where this is true. Is that right?
That's correct.
Thanks. I've added an explanation to the wiki.
