These challenges seem to pop up relatively frequently now and perhaps a checker would be good?

The challe is to have logged (in these cases 200 points in a county (named in the challenge) in one day)

Would it be possible to create a checker for this?

I've added a checker for the Eskilstuna challenge. The other three already exist (and, as a coincidence I have logged two of them and own the third ;)
