How long does it takes to update the result of discovered trackable in the gem badge?

Same as for all your data. Check the dashboard to see when your data was updated, any TBs logged before that time stamp should be included in the badge.

Note that the badge only count "new" logs tho, so discovering the same TB multiple times will not increase your count.
