I only have 3 shields at the top of my profile

I've been using Project GC every year since 2018, in various ways, such as using challenge checkers, checking my stats, etc. Yet I only have shields for 2018, 2019 and 2020. I don't have anything for 2021, 2022 or 2023. Is there a reason for this? I've had a paid membership for all of the years I've been using it.

The system with PGCPoints was deprecated in 2021 because there was many issues with cheating and abuse with the system.
