Map Tab. North America states 5 countries? What are they?

On the Map tab there are sections for

North America (States 5 Countries) What are they. I can only see USA, Canada, Greenland and Mexico on the graphic.

Central America (35 countries from Mexico down and all the caribbean islands)

Greenland is not part of North America as you can see there.

Countries counted for North America are: Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, United States
