Since this is a problem with a specific checker you need to talk to the person who has created the checker (all Project-GC checkers are created by volunteers).
(A wild guess from my side would be that the problem here is that you are not a paid member of Project-GC and therefore can't see the coordinates for premium caches, and that the checker is not prepared to handle that special case.)
