Edited log date seems to be inversed, initial log couldn't be after the change

Question

exemple: Logged by DAFnerd at 2023-08-19 15:07:00 UTC. The log was initially created at 2023-08-20 18:16:45 UTC. 
Couldn't be initially created before the change, so i suppose there is inversion of dates

That log is created at 2023-08-20 18:16:45, as it says. The "logged at" is not when a change was made, it's the log-date (plus time) of the log. Most likely the datetime of when a draft was created in this case.
