On the Finds tab for the calendar chart for Finds by hidden date, when I select Size:Small it shows only 1 date left (Nov 12th). But when I go to the Hidden Date tool and select Cache/Type size of small the filter says I am not missing any dates.

I'm pretty sure the Cache Size filter on the Hidden Date tool only affects the suggestions you get, not your previous finds. This means that you can't use it to complete a complete calendar with anything but any finds, since it will always look at all your finds.

Yes this is correct. The workaround is to find somebody that lacks that day or to play around with loops.
The sentence on the Finds tab under the Finds by hidden date table actually says "Find geocaches for your missing hidden dates in the Hidden date tool"  If you have the ability to filter the calendar then this becomes very misleading.

So that being said, then how do I search for a small size cache hidden on Nov 12th of any year?
@WanderingExplorer Either find somebody that hasn't found that hidden date, use the loop filter to include that hidden date (for example if you have found 5 caches hidden on that date use 6 loops) or make 24 individual searches on MapCompare with the hidden date-filter.
