Hi all,

it would be nice, to be able to define a number of logs for own geocaches. After these logs a owner has to change the logbook. I have caches were 30 geocache can sign the logbook, some where 60, some with 150 logs and some were 500 geocacher can sign.
It is very hard for me to know when i have to place a new logbook.

You can see the number of finds if you add the cache to the virtual gps and on the finds tab on your statistics.
Are you sure a simple modulo with the finds an the number of possible logs are  good enough to know when to change  the log?
In my experience if the find are done in a group there is often two ore more nicks on a line in most logbook size. and some cacher users more then two lines
And if you change the log before all lines are used the next change will be the remaining number of finds earlier then expected for each changed loogbook. I suspect the error will very large very quickly on a cache with 30 possible logs.
To make a system like that useful you have to store the number of finds last time you changed the logbook.
