Checker doesn't show all counties on county challenge

My map of Illinois counties shows all done.  The checker for the county challenge still shows one missing.  It is not but I need the file to qualify.  Help

What is the GC code of the challenge that you are working on?

It is GCT663 and I think I figured it out diving deeper.  The one missing is a virtual and he doesn't accept virtuals
