In my Country Badges, I see a Diamond Badge for Jersey.

If I hover over the badge with the mouse arrow, it mentions "142% (17 of 12 States)"

In reality, I have found caches in 10 of 12 Regions.

We might have a fix for this in our development environment. There has been a special case that we handled in code for Jersey. The data itself is now more proper but the "fix" in the code still existed. The fix turned into something that broke it instead.

Today I can confirm that the fix works, but it's not live in our production system yet.
